What makes your cleaning service a luxury cleaning service?

Do I have to be on a specific cleaning schedule?
Not at all. The biggest benefit to having a luxury housekeeping service is that we're flexible and work within your schedule parameters and specific requirements.
How do you quote/price a job?
We take a number of factors into consideration. As an example, we look at square footage, the proposed frequency of the cleaning service, the urgency in which you need our services, and your specific requests and requirements.
Is it expensive to have my home cleaned?
No. Our prices are very competitive. We pride ourselves in providing a luxury clean at an affordable price. Your price will also rely upon your requirements and the special services you opt for, enabling you to build a custom cleaning package that works well with your budget.
Will a new person/team enter my home every time?
Our main promise to you is that we strive to establish a relationship with our clients. Meaning, barring unforeseen circumstances, the same team will return to your home again and again.
Do you provide the cleaning supplies?
Most of our clients prefer to provide their own cleaning supplies. However, on request, we can provide cleaning products. We have our own 'approved' products and materials that we believe in.
What about cleaning products? Do you have a ‘green’ philosophy?
We are 100% committed to our Green Clean promise. We use environmentally friendly, bio-degradable cleaning products from reputable companies - ALWAYS.
This is my home – are you insured and reliable?
All our staff is bonded and we are insured. Security issues and indiscretion are two things you'll never need concern yourself with when we enter your home. Your home (along with all the items in it) is handled with care and respect. In terms of reliability, our entire business depends on this principle. We guarantee that when we schedule a Luxury Housekeepers clean, we arrive on time and complete the job within the timeline agreed upon with our client.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the cleaning that was done?
Our goal is to maintain a 100% satisfaction rate with our clients. We solicit feedback from our clients through our customer satisfaction survey, which is supplied at the end of every cleaning session. Please inform us of any concerns so that we can quickly address the issue.
What should I do if something is broken while your team is cleaning?
Unfortunately accidents do happen. However, we do our best to avoid these situations by providing extensive training to employees. As well, Luxury Housekeepers is bonded and insured. In the unlikely event of such a problem happening, please contact the office and we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue.
Do I have to be home when you clean?
Basically, it’s up to you. We are comfortable with whatever you choose. Some people like to be available while we clean. Others would rather avoid the cleaning frenzy – or are just too busy to be home while we clean. We do encourage all our clients to meet the team during the initial assignment, which ensures you are confident about the quality of our staff. However, the biggest benefit to having Luxury Housekeepers services is that you get to leave your home dirty in the morning but return in the evening to a gleaming home. For the most part, people use our service is because work involves much of their time and they would rather use what little free time they have doing something they truly love – not cleaning their home.
Will the first cleaning take longer?
To bring your space up to Luxury Housekeepers standards, the first cleaning (or an occasional cleaning) does take longer. We give your home that deep cleaning it needs. Suites that have not been cleaned in a while or suites with pets will take longer than a regular suite to clean initially.
I have a pet. Will you still come to my home?
Certainly. We have no issue with pets! We expect that pets will be properly cared for by you, and ask that you keep them out of our staff’s way to ensure we can clean properly. Please understand that we do not take responsibility for your pets while cleaning (feeding, walking, changing litter). Also, suites with pets do take longer to clean and this additional time will be reflected in the price.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We understand that schedules change and flexibility is required. We require a 24 hour notice for cancellation - voicemail is acceptable and all phone messages are time stamped for curacy. This notice gives us time to schedule another appointment and provide you with the next best cleaning date. A $30 cancellation charge will apply if notice is not received before this deadline.
Is HST charged?
Yes, HST will be added to your invoice, applicable for all of our services.
What are one-time cleanings?
One-time cleanings include move-ins and move-outs, spring cleaning, service prior to an event and other non-recurring services. All one-time services can be estimated only. If additional time is needed and you are not home, we will attempt to contact you while our staff is in your home. If you authorize the additional time, our staff will continue to clean and your price is adjusted accordingly.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes we do. Our Gift Certificates come available in the denomination of your choice. |
